Dosage

Adults: 6 - 10ml

Children 2-5 yrs: 2 - 3ml

Children 6-12yrs: 3 - 5ml

Take one to two times daily.

Dilute in 30ml of water or juice or add to your morning smoothie. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Cautions

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction. A tingling or numbing sensation may occur in the mouth immediately after taking – this is normal and indicative of the quality and potency of Echinacea.
