Each capsule contains

Silica “Natures Building Block” - may support tendons and ligaments throughout the body
Vitamin D3 “The Sun Vitamin” - helps with calcium assimilation in the body.
Vitamin C - helps in the formation of collagen and elastin in the skin.
Manganese - may be beneficial to healthy bone structure and bone metabolism. It is an antioxidant that seeks out the free radicals in the human body.
Calcium - may help maintain good bone health. A diet deficient in calcium may contribute to osteoporosis in later life.

Dosage instructions

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule 3 times daily, swallowed whole, with a glass of water.
