ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS CHEMICAL FREE?
YES! We choose organic brands where possible but do understand that some companies face limitations with the organic ‘certification’ process, we therefore assess ingredient quality and sourcing to ensure the products meet our standards. Many companies use natural ingredients combined with harmful chemicals or preservatives. All our products are assessed by qualified health practitioners with individual ingredients being checked on a hazard rating scale before being deemed fit for our store, this protects the consumer as many of these hidden nasties don’t seem toxic by name.

WHAT ARE PRACTITIONER ONLY SUPPLEMENTS AND HOW DO I PURCHASE THEM?

‘Practitioner Only’ ranges are formulated in accordance with the latest scientific research and their production has stringent quality control. Due to the powerful effects these supplements may have, they can only be prescribed and dispensed by qualified practitioners who are able to assess a person’s unique nutritional needs and the correct dosage to elicit beneficial response in the body.

If you don’t already have a script from your healthcare professional, you will need to speak with one of our team who are all qualified Naturopaths/Nutritionists/Herbalists. Our practitioners then have the ability to offer safe and effective prescribing to suit your individual needs. You will then be given access to a password protected area where you may purchase your practitioner only products. 

If you don’t wish to seek professional advice there are also supplement ranges available that are classified as ‘over-the-counter’ that can be purchased freely, the brands we support still meet the high standards we have set.

In the interest of achieving optimal health, we do recommend seeking professional advice prior to taking any supplement to see if it’s safe and beneficial for you.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, we have a shop front in Bondi Beach, NSW where orders may be collected from. Please call us to arrange collection and always allow sufficient notice so we can have it ready for your arrival.
